What if I do not have a PayPal account?
You can make payment via your Visa or MasterCard without a Paypal account. Simply follow the checkout process and at the PayPal login page and fill up your particulars under Pay with my credit or debit card.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Upon receiving your order, we will verify your payment and the product availability. You will receive a call from us to confirm your order within 3 working days. If you chose to pickup your order at our store, we will advise you on when your product is ready for collection. If you opted for delivery, we would also confirm with you the delivery time, date (and a tracking ID if available).
Is it safe to use to make payment on your website?
Yes. Our online shop is powered by Shopify, which is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL encryption – the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world – to ensure credit card data is secure. We do not keep your credit card information after your order is completed.
Promotions & Discounts
I’m given a coupon code, how do I use it?
After filling in your shipping and billing address in PayPal’s website, enter the coupon code at the next page. If the coupon code is active, the discounted price will be updated accordingly.
Why am I not able to use my coupon code to my order?
Please ensure you fulfill the requirements to use the code:
- Check if the code has a minimum order amount
- Check if the code is only for first time customer
- Check if the code has expired
- Check if the code is applicable for the products in your order. Certain products do not qualify for discount as we have to adhere to our supplier’s recommended price. See here for a full-list of products.
Returns & Exchanges
What happens if I found the product is not in satisfactory condition?
We are terribly sorry about this! If you found that the product you purchased is defective, incorrect or damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will do a 1 for 1 exchange for your product. Do include your order number, product item, description of the condition, with images where applicable. Keep the product in its original condition, unused and in the original brand packaging, with your receipt.
Do I have to pay for shipping when I return my parcel?
No, you do not have to. Please contact us at email@example.com before you return the parcel. Do include your order number, product item, description of the condition, with images where applicable.
